Avast sold users data in millions of dollars buy why ?
The worldwide well-known entry virus company Avast has been mired in controversy due to wrong reasons. According to the report, the company has sold the data of its users to the world's big tech companies. The online website Motherboard has revealed during the investigation that Avast has sold users' data to other big companies like Google and Microsoft in the greed to earn millions of dollars.

This was how the data transfer of users was happening

After collecting data from computers across the world, Avast Anti-Virus users were transferred to subsidiary Jumpshot. Jumpshot used to prepare this data in a bundle and sell it to companies that use customer data in their products and targeted ads. In some cases, this data has been sold for millions of dollars.

After all, why data was sold only to big companies

Among the companies to which Avast sold the data are companies such as Google, Intrust, Microsoft, Expedia, and Lauriel.
